Paycheck Chili (after shopping for ingredients you will
understand the name)
Shopping List
| 2 lbs sirloin | 3 1/2 cloves garlic |
| 2 lbs flank steak | 1 tbs sugar |
| 1 lb pork cutlet | 28 oz Green Mountain Gringo Salsa, 1/2 hot, 1/2 mild or your preference |
| 8 ozs pork sausage | 14 oz tomato puree |
| 4 tsp cumin | 2 tbs California mild chili powder |
| 1 btl 12 oz dark beer | 3/4 tbs New Mexican chili powder |
| 1 1/2 small bottles (6-8 oz) Bovril (beef bullion) | 3/4 tbs cayenne chill powder |
| 3 medium onions | 3/4 cup chopped green chili and jalapenos peppers (fresh) |
| 1/3 cup celery |
